Drills

Each drill that is added to the Reflexion All-Access Membership™ is designed to target specific cognitions that relate to your performance. These cognitions include some skills that you have probably heard of such as reaction time, eye-hand coordination, and peripheral vision, as well as some that you may not have - visual memory, field mapping, visual pursuit, and inhibitory control to name a few.
1. Big g
2. Expanding out
3. Memory Saccade
4. Minefield
5. N Plus One
6. R.A.L.E.
7. Pursue
8. Reaction
9. Waterfall
One at a time, targets will appear. Your goal is to hit them as quickly and as accurately as possible.
Cognitions:
Reaction Time
Eye-Hand Coordination
Peripheral Vision
Reach
Targets will appear one at a time, slowly expanding outwards. Your goal is to hit them as quickly and as accurately as possible while keeping your vision trained in the center.
Cognitions:
Peripheral Vision as a Function of Reaction Time
Eye-Hand Coordination
Memorize the order and location of lights that appear on the center two panels of the edge.
Cognitions:
Visual Memory
Field Mapping
Boxes will appear anywhere within your wingspan. They start green and over the course of their detonation time turn red. Your goal is to not let any one box turn completely red or the mine explodes!
Cognitions:
Eye-Hand Coordination
Prioritization
Peripheral Awareness
Squares will appear on each of the panels. The squares light up in a pattern at random. Observe the pattern then touch the squares in the correct order to advance.
Cognitions:
Eye-Hand Coordination
Memory
Pattern Recognition
Targets will appear one at a time and your goal is to hit them as quickly and accurately as you can. You’ll need to hit yellow targets with your left hand and purple targets with your right hand.
Cognitions:
Decision Making
Reaction Time
Eye-Hand Coordination
Drag the blue circle around the screen, trying to hold it over the escaping red circle for as much time as possible.
Cognitions:
Visual Pursuit
Hand-Speed Reaction
Targets will appear and your goal is to react to them as quickly as possible. Options for testing simple reaction time, complex reaction time, and go/no go abilities.
Cognitions:
Reaction Time
Complex Reaction Time
Inhibitory Control
Eye-Hand Coordination
Boxes will move from each side of the edge to the opposite. Touch each box to make it disappear before it reaches its destination.
